You also find here the position of the RSF Coordinating Committee regarding the neo-liberal diversion self-entitled ’Romanian Social Forum’, organized by the Romanian Government High Officials (Ministers of Finance, Ministers of Foreigh Affairs, Ambassadors, State Secretaries, Consellors, etc), with the support of the Secret Services, on 5th to 7th of May 2005 in Bucharest.

We only remind you that this neo-liberal masquerade is organized in a four-star luxury hotel (visit www.carohotel.ro) by a cover-up NGO belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to the Foreign Secret Services, called ’Romanian Center for Global Studies - CRSG’ (visit www.crsg.ro).

The President of Romania and the Prime Minister are also participating at this unprecedented neo-liberal political assault on the Romanian Social Forum in their final attempt of taking over control.

All this prove the complete infringement of the Porto Alegre Charter of Principles and ESF spirit.

The Romanian Social Forum Coordinating Committee totally rejects the neo-liberal diversion self-entitled ’Romanian Social Forum’, and shall resolutely continue working and struggling for a Another World observing the WSF Charter in the frame of the ESF.
